What is your current game version number?Version 12.200.FIFA 18 is a sports game and it has football.EXE file, repair through ea app when the app worked What troubleshooting have you tried already? EA app clear cache 3x, EA app restart 8x, restart PC, sign in and out, launch game from.and also to be able to play my purchased games in the EA app (which has been buggy science its inception, Origin was better and that app was a bugfest as well.) What do you expect to see? To be able download and install my purchased games.I guess you would have to buy new EPs in the Ea app to recreate this nightmare?
What steps can we take to find the bug ourselves? the ea app is not downloading or installing highschool and now I have no ts4 games (I own all the EPs except growing together and most of the game packs.When did this start happening for you? Today the issue but my new kits were purchased from EA on June 2nd.What expansion, game pack or stuff pack do you have this issue with? Highschool years, Book kit, Werewolves, wedding stories were the new packs I purchased Friday 6/2.As I said, this morning the game was running fine except for the EA app did not install my newly purchased packs. I cant play anything or do anything sims 4 related with on my PC. If I go to the bin folder and double click the TS4.exe it does nothing but open the EA app.
I moved the sims folder out of my documents for a clean start, But since the failed install of highschool years, I have no Sims 4 game in my library to run the game. I could install all new packs excluding Highschool which the download got stuck at 14% and stated 'download error', I cleared the cache of the EA app 3x. I exited and went to the EA app to find that none of my new purchased packs (books kit, werewolves, highschool, wedding stories) were installed.
Highschool years wont download past 14 % and now the EA app does not work so I cant play my games.
